Check the washing symbols on the label of the clothing carefully before washing.  Here are the meanings of international washing symbols:

Laundry detergent should be stored at cool and dry places to avoid humidity and exposure to sun light.  If temperature is high, laundry detergent, particularly those with enzyme and perfume, will lose their scent and the enzyme contained will be inactive.  It is suggested to put laundry detergent inside a container with lid to prevent coagulation due to high humidity and loss of scent.

WayWay Softener is recommended.  The main ingredient of softener is cationic surfactant, it can soften the fabric of clothing and reduce static. It prevents static from accumulating on the surface of synthetic fibres, reduces electric resistance to eliminate static.

Being close to our body and body parts with most sweat, underwear is our “second skin” and must be comfortable and able to keep clean.  To maintain its wearability, the followings must be observed when washing, drying and caring underwear:

1. Cleanliness is important to underwear.  Washing underwear independently not only can remove dirt effectively, increase the breathability and absorbencyof underwear, it can also prevent cross-contamination among clothing and color stains from other clothing.
2. Water temperature should be under40℃, do not use hot water.
3. Use gentle hand wash for better protection of micro fibre, making it more durable and the color more stable.  If use machine wash, please zip up all the zippers and buckles, then put them in different washing bags according to color schemes.  Leave enough room and use gentle cycle.
4. Use proper amount of neutral detergent - WayWay Laundry Liquid is recommended. Avoid applying detergent directly on clothing. Put the clothing in once the detergent is fully dissolved.
5. Do not wring. To reduce dripping, wrap a towel to absorb part of the excessive water; if use spin-dryer, keep the underwear in a washing bag and the operating time under 30 seconds.
6. Hang to dry in a ventilated place is the best way. Extended exposure to sun light will lead to yellowing or color fading.

Wash towel frequently and use proper amount of neutral detergent (WayWay Laundry Liquid is recommended) to boil it at regular intervals can prevent hardening. When boiling, thetowel should be completely immersed under the water to prevent oxidization and hence reduced softness due to contact with air. WayWay Laundry Liquid has superb cleaning, softening and anti-bacterial functions to clean, soften and sanitize towels.

Wool is a “delicate” textile. Washing needs to be careful, particularly when there are multiple colors on a woolen clothing, to prevent the problems of color fading, color contamination and cross colors.

Washing procedures and areas to note:

1. Washing - Use appropriate amount of cold water and proportionally add in WayWay Laundry Liquid.  It has softening factor to restore fluffiness of clothing, and its neutral PHvalue does not harm the fabric.  Be gentle and quick in washing, do not wring.
2. Rinsing - Still use cold water, rinse several times depending on the situation.
3. Spin-dry - Place woolen clothing flat on a clean white towel.  Then roll up the woolen clothing and the towel together into a cylinder. Gently squeeze to allow the towel to absorb the excessive water from the woolen clothing.
4. Hang to dry - Avoid direct sun light to prevent color fading. To avoid “stretching”, use a hanging net.

Fabric of jeans will become hardened and difficult to wash once immersed in water. They must be washed by neutral detergent with softening ingredient (WayWay Laundry Liquid is recommended). It is best to soak jeans with cold water and WayWay Laundry Liquid first, then use machine wash at50℃for 15 minutes, and to rinse then hang dry.

When being worn, chances are protein-type stains will be gathered on clothing. If the washing temperature is high, these protein stains may coagulate and stay. As time goes, these stains will be oxidized and become yellowing. Therefore, it is important not to use high temperature water when washing white-colored clothing. If the clothing is yellowing, use small quantity of bleach to restore its whiteness.

If there is remain of chewing gum on the cloth, just put the cloth into the refrigerator until the chewing gum is frozen, then it becomes easy to remove.

1. While the stains are still fresh, wash with hot water at 70-80℃ to remove.
2. Old tea stains can be removed by soaking in concentrated table salt solution, or wash with ammonia and glycerin mixture (1:10).  Do not use ammonia for silk and wool, wash with 10% glycerol instead.
3. Old coffee stains can be removed with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, then rinse with clean water, or to wash with table salt solution or glycerol.

1. Wash thoroughly before storage.  Once worn, even just for one-time, clothing may be stained with sweat, dirt, grease, dust. 
2. Let the clothing dry completely.  If it cannot be dried completely during rainy season, use dehumidifier or iron to help.
3. Keep it from moisture during storage.  As there is moisture in air, dehumidifying supplements should be used to keep the clothing from moisture as time goes by, e.g. dehumidifying pellet, dehumidifying sachet, or desiccating agentcan be placed inside the closet,or open the closet doors when usingdehumidifierto keep the inside of the closet dry.
4. Proper hanging and folding.  Proper cloth hangers should be used, and the clothes must be hung with the shoulder lines aligned.  Clothes should be properly buttoned and their collars in place.  When folding underwear, athletic wear and woolen clothing, particular attention should be paid on their shapes.

Here are the recommendations:

1. Use professional kitchen cleaners (recommended to use WayWay Kitchen Cleaner) to clean range hood without dismantle.
2. Turn on the range hood, spray several times at the fan, and the cleaner would reach the oil stains quickly to dissolve them into liquid form for easy removal.  After 3-5 minutes, turn off the range hood, oil stains will drop to the oil container for disposal automatically, and there is no need to dismantle the range hood.
3. For stubborn oil stains, increase the spray quantity and prolong the time the cleaner stays, so as to increase the efficiency of the cleaner in dissolving the stains.

Immerse fruits or vegetables into salt solution for 20-30 minutes before eating.  Salt solution can remove agricultural chemical residues, eggs of parasites and some bacteria on the surface of fruits and vegetables.  Or wash with neutral mild detergents with natural ingredients, such as Red WayWay Multi-Purpose Liquid Cleaner and WayWay Moisturizing Super Concentrated Liquid Detergent.  They have natural herbal essence and are mild in nature, very suitable for removing agricultural chemical residues on fruits and vegetables.
